An established product developer, Judy has designed over 500 individual skincare products, teas, candles and natural fragrances for brands globally. She curates unique treatments for spas, as well as elevate existing treatments and programs to be more relevant and results-orientated. Judy is a prolific copywriter in the wellness industry, crafting copy for brands globally. She is the former Editor-in-Chief of Spa Asia magazine, Wellness Editor for New York’s Venu lifestyle magazine and author of 4 books. Her insightful articles have been featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Mindfood, Jetstar airline magazine, Destinasian, The Singapore Business Times, and The Sydney Morning Herald to name a few. She often contributes to annual trends reports such as ‘Wellness Sabbatical’ for the Global Wellness Summit 2020 Global Trends Report.

Organics
Synthesis Organics is an Australian, certified organic, luxury skincare and treatment brand made in the Byron Bay hinterland. Known for its energy-imbued formulations and high-vibration treatments, Synthesis Organics can be experienced at some of the world’s most luxurious spas, including Capella Sydney, Peninsula Hot Springs and the Sacred River Spa at Four Seasons Sayan Bali. For several years, Judy has consulted for this leading sustainable brand, contributing across multiple areas including brand development, spa treatment and menu curation, packaging review, copywriting, and growth strategy.

Oneworld
Ayurveda
Oneworld Ayurveda is a leading wellness brand in Bali, offering two retreat centers and a day spa rooted in the principles of authentic Ayurveda. Over the years, Judy has consulted for the brand at various stages of their development, including the pre-opening of its inaugural Panchakarma retreat. In 2023-2024, she led Phase 1 of Oneworld Ayurveda’s bespoke retail collection, which featured herbal body oils, facial oils, and curated wellness accessories. She also played a key role in the reimagination and enhancement of Bali Botanica Day Spa in Ubud.

International
Jurlique is a globally renowned skincare brand, celebrated for its flagship spas, beauty stores and partnerships across the world. Its sustainably crafted products are developed on the brand’s own biodynamic farm just outside Adelaide, Australia. In 2023 and 2024, Judy collaborated with key stakeholders to elevate Jurlique’s presence in the global wellness space. Her scope of work included comprehensive audits and reviews, as well as the development of new treatments and service menus. Judy also contributed to the copywriting for the upcoming 2025 menu launch.
